Ingredients for 4 persons
2 eggs
100g of flour
100g sugar
100 g butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
multi-decor
100 g dark chocolate
80 g white chocolate
80 g of milk chocolate
PREPARATION
1-Separate the whites from the yolks, mix the yolks with the sugar, add the flour and 1/2 sachet of yeast and the previously melted butter. Mix well so as not to have lumps. Then whip the egg whites until stiff. Gently fold in the whites and mix gently. Butter and flour the inside of the 2 parts of the pop-cake mold. Preheat the oven to 180 °.
2-Meanwhile, with a pastry bag, fill the half-spheres without hole to the brim. Close the mold well and bake at 180 ° for 15 minutes.
3-When cooking is finished, melt 20 g of dark chocolate in a double boiler to fix the sticks. Then dip the end of the sticks and insert them into the spheres to obtain a lollipop then put the mold in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
To finish::
Melt 80 g of white or dark or milk chocolate. Prepare the multi-deco and take the lollipops out of the refrigerator. Coat the lollipops with a teaspoon and let your imagination run wild to decorate your pop-cakes. Leave to rest for 1 hour 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
